How a Move In/Out Clean is Performed
Your cleaner will come to your home at the scheduled time to perform your cleaning. You will be charged on the day of service each time a clean is performed. We follow a meticulous checklist to ensure that your cleaning is of consistent quality every single time. A move in/out cleaning can take anywhere from 8-16 hours so it's best to schedule it the day of, or immediately after a move out, or immediately after getting the keys to your new home. Some homes may require the cleaning be split into 2 days. We prefer clients and all furniture be out of the home at time of cleaning as it makes the job faster and more efficient. We guarantee the results of the cleaning up to 24hrs after service. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, notify us and we will return promptly to fix the issue.
What is Cleaned During Move In/Out?
Deep Clean of Every Detail in the Home - This includes hand wiping baseboards & cabinets, cleaning interior windows and deep cleaning floors. We will clean inside and behind your kitchen appliances. We clean all heavy dust, dirt and grime from commonly neglected areas including removing grime from stovetops, soap scum and hard water from tubs and showers, and accumulated dust on ceiling fans. We also spot clean walls, remove hair from drains and hand wash vents & bathroom fans so they are completely free of dust. Carpet cleaning and trash removal is an upcharge.
What's Included:
We pride ourselves on providing a consistent and reliable service. We perform the same tasks for each cleaning unless the client has a special request. Some special request tasks are free and some require an extra charge. See our price list above (which indcludes cleaning checklist) for details.
